£500 gaming build

I am looking for a gaming build however my budget is only £500. I would like it for games such as cod 4, arma(dayz) bf3, skyrim and counter strike etc.

I don't know of its possible with my budget but I'd appreciate any help.

I already have a monitor (tv lol) keyboard and an operating system but I will need a mouse and speakers.

Over budget. No speakers, use the sound on the TV. You can always get a better mouse and an ssd later, when you have the funds. Unless you can increase your budget now.

Although if you need some thing cheaper then look at a B75 Motherboard.
