Hi all, could you suggest some parts for me? I'd like corsair or well known case brands and the same for power supplies. Include a optical drive. thanks a lot! P.S you can go over abit if needed.

You can overclock the rear end of that Pentium and seriously boost performance, then later on either drop in a i5/i7 Haswell/Devils canyon or the future Broadwell CPU's in to the Z97 board.

Id rather go for a 6core amd cpu, but for upgradeability intel all the way

I'd personal go for the Pentium for the upgrade path, though the 6300 is another valid choice.. Will cost more though.

Yep with a z97 motherboard you could go broadwell too. Am3 is dead now
