I would go with above build even though its £30 over budget!
You get the Asus Crosshair III Republic of Gamers mobo, which is a bloody good overclocking mobo and you get a SSD drive, makes everything a lot faster. Theres a high chance you could unlock the 2 cores on the dual Phenom making it a quad too.
Only downside is the lack of storage with the SSD, but with all the windows n what not files on it will make it like a different experience, and then another could be added later, or a 500gb for £25 making the whole build £550, but with the SSD and Crosshair well worth the extra 50.
