£500 ITX Build

I'm useless with current hardware...

Need an OS
Budget is £500
Needs to be ITX
Not the worst graphics in the world but will probably pick up something off the MM. Will probably run TF2 and the sorts so nothing heavy.
Future proofed as best as possible on the CPU front, quad core preferred.
Modular/Semi-modular PSU is ideal but I doubt it'll happen.
No case needed

Any ideas?

Which case do you have? What is the maximum length of GPU? At which resolution will you be playing? Will you be overclocking? Does the PSU need to be SFX or ATX?

It'll be 1080 but wont really be anything major, no AAA titles. I'm inclined to leave a little bit of the budget set aside and grab something off the MM. Full ATX PSU. Probably wont be overclocking, I'd prefer not too anyway.
