£500 base unit spec

I've been trying to build a decent spec AM3 system for a while, and got
Code:
AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 955 Black Edition 3.20GHz (Socket AM3) - Retail £128.99(£109.78)
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5770 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £122.99 (£104.67)
Gigabyte GA-790XTA-UD4 (Socket AM3) PCI-Express DDR3 Motherboard £107.99 (£91.91)
(F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL)	G.Skill Ripjaw 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3
PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL) £76.62 (£65.21)
OCZ StealthXStream 500w Silent Power Supply £51.08 (£43.47)
OcUK Gangster Case - Black £28.60 (£24.34)
AK-191-BL Blue Ultra Quiet 120mm Fan - 3 Pin £5.86 (£4.99) £11.72
for a total of 540 (Over budget). Now I've seen another pc elsewhere, spec :-
PC BASE UNIT - CASE / 500W PSU / AMD PHEMON X3 720 CPU / 4GB MEMORY / 750GB HARD DRIVE / RADEON 5770 - 1GB GRAPHICS / BLU-RAY PLAYER / ONBOARD SOUND / NO WINDOWS
for £545. Again over budget but has blu-ray and 750gb HD.

I can get OS no issue, and I work form home of this 24/7 using dual screens (1680 x 1050) and also play the odd game on it (BF/Trackmania)... Also I require at least 2 pci slots and 1 addition pcie slots of x4 or above for some additional cards I have to plugin at various times to attach fibre/scsi devices.

Comments welcome (And I know I'm comparing quad against tri)

Well what do you do...As a quad may be necessary..Do you need blu-ray?..i would try and get some more information on the pc ie what is the 500w power supply...What is the motherboard....

Blue-ray would be swapped to my HTPC :) but I'm not sure on it now as postage is another £30 which is moving out of my budget. Quad for most people IMO is overkill, and while I do some home movies with the kids my amd 3700Mhz does ok, so tri/quad should have more than enough ooomph :) Mostly I do programming in Delphi/PHP
