£500 quid spec please

Its a long time since I've specced out a system and my friend has asked me his advice. I was wondering if anyone could give some ideas for the following:

£500 guide
Base system needed including case and powersupply but no monitor/keyboard etc.
He already has a graphics card

I was thinking along the lines of a 3200 A64, 1 gig of Ram (2 if possible), nice motherboard, 120gig Hard drive

Could be a 6800Ultra or 7800GS.

You could bring the spec within your price range by getting the Antec case & PSU (still decent though) - i have made the changes above allready.

The rest of the spec is v. good.
