Nice one managing to squeeze it into such a small budget though.

The OP did mention that he would be keeping it for a few years though, so maybe in the future an 8800GTS would be necessary to run even the most basic of games. It's always good to be future proofed. Besides, if you can get an 8800GTS in under budget, then why wouldn't you? ;) :p
