£500 Spec Check

I've been asked to help my neighbours son put together a cheap gaming PC on a budget of £400 (not going to happen I dont think) so I've put together the following spec, if anything can be done for cheaper without sacrifice or if any componenets could be replaced with better ones please let me know. I should also point out I'm a little out of date with what's good in terms of components!

swapped some parts around:D for better quality ones:D didnt think the TOP edition was worth it for the GFX

thats a good sepc for £550, how would the 4830 fair with gaming on the 22" monitor?

Good idea about windows 7, I already have a beta downlaoded so I'll go with that :D

Thanks for the spec, if I can keep it under £500 then I think its going to be doable, I might go for 4Gb Ram for an extra 12 quid which I can save on delivery anyway.

I'm not really up on ATI cards, but I take it the 4850 isnt going to struggle with COD WAW etc?
