£500 Spec please!

Wanting a spec for a friend. £500 is the budget, but can go over by 20ish if needs be.
He's a heavy internet user, may play a few games etc etc etc

If possible do one spec with an LCD monitor and one without as I may flog him my old one.

Same as HP7909 but with the Antec NSB 4480, Intel 2200 and the CM Hyper TX cooler, comes to £512. CPU is 600mhz faster, which is a fair bit (over 35% quicker) if you're not overclocking it. Cooler should be a little quieter, although the PSU is slightly worse it's adequate.
