A friend wants to start PC gaming, he has a budget of £500. He has a case, keyboard, 500w OCZ PSU, 24" 1080p monitor and a new Windows 7 64 disc and this is the best I can come up with on new parts, obviously if anything comes up Intel SB wise 2nd hand he can get that, look ok?

So I assume and I3 2100 would be far better for performance than a FX-4 4100?
And the obvious upgrade if a 2nd hand 2500k can be had along the line.

Edited build, keeping to MSI and Samsung
