only thing that he really want it to have is the corsair 300r (windowed)case
everything else up to you guys he will be playing game like

with that budget i think you'd have to choose between having a nice case or better internals. spending nearly 1/6th of the budget on the case means you'd only have 400ish quid to spend on the inside.
