Hi all,

Can anyone spare some time to spec a £500 tower, G/card I already have, a 4870x2, so everything but that for the tower. Cheers :D

I have made a spec, but its probably rubbish, so thought I would get you ideas too. Dont think its going to stretch for an i7.

yep id go with RJCs spec, though depending on your current set up what sock says may hold true too, Id only say add a decent aftermarket cooler if youre gonna clock

Cant wait, its for my mates son. He promised him a PC for his birthday thats very soon, but hes a bit short of cash now.

He was going to build a top notch PC and give his son his, but he cant afford that, hence the £500 build.

That spec looks nice. Not farmiliar on the latest AMD's, but looks good :D
