£500 upgrade and a £600 gaming rig

looking for a quick upgrade for my own rig spending no more than 5-600



currently GPU less after selling my 7970s last month(result got back what they cost me woot)



spec is 4.5ghz 2600k
no gpu
8gig ram
128gig ssd boot
2tb mechanical storage

i game at 1080p but would like a path to move onto 4k at a later date either via having enough grunt to push 4k or having a path to go sli


and i need a gaming rig for the daughter.


£600 or so budget gaming at 1080p

don't need keyboard mouse or monitor.

need case and everything else budget has a bit of flexibility in it but nearer to £600 the better

If I was you I would pick up a second hand GPU from the members market. Quite a few R9 280X are going at the moment for around £150, bargain price!
