5000hrs VRM, over 5 years operation lifespan

okay guys what does the title actually mean?

I have seen some Asus boards advertise this.

I make 5000 hours around 209 days...

Not unless its running 24/7 though. VRM is voltage regulation module

No, it's rated 5000 hrs at some insane max temp that you'll never normally have the board at. At regular temps it's many, many times that lifespan.
