5060 Ti Installation issues

I have been having issues with my Zotac 5060 Ti 16gb since I installed it and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions?

The basic issue is that I can’t get a reliable video output from the card to my monitor.
I’m trying to figure out a pattern to it but struggling.

When I switch my PC on it triggers the monitor to come out of sleep, but then there is no output from the card to the display, so my monitor goes back to sleep after a short time.
The PC gives a quick normal beep when I initially switch it on, but then does the same beep every 30secs without any output to the monitor.
That beep pattern doesn’t exist in the troubleshooting in my mobo manual.

Once this starts, the output never seems to fix unless I hard switch off the PC by the PSU switch. Even then, it appears random whether I get an output or not (mostly not).
When I have managed to get it to work, I’ve done the following to try and fix:

• Totally cleared the drivers with DDU and reinstalled the latest driver (I also tried the hotfix released yesterday).
• Switched off fastboot in the BIOS and fast start in W11.
• Set the PCI to Gen3 instead of auto.
• Output from the HDMI socket instead of DP.

None of this seems to have had an effect.
Stuff I haven’t tried yet:

• Re-seating the GPU.
• Updating the BIOS (I did do this in the last few months but there appears to be a newer one available).
• Clean install of W11.
• Using a different power output line from the PSU.

When I actually get an output everything seems to function normally.

I’ve come from a 5700XT so I don’t think it’s a power issue, as that has a higher TDP.

My current setup is as follows:

• Mobo: RoG Strix X470-I
• CPU: Ryzen 5600X
• PSU: Corsair SF600 Platinum
• RAM: Team Group Vulcan 2x16GB DDR4
• OS: W11

Anything else I should try?
(I don’t have another system available to try the GPU in)

Thanks in advance

I would definately try as a starting point, whats the recommended power supply for a 5060ti? Yours should be ok as its a decent brand

sound pattern could be coming from being stuck in a boot loop, never getting to initialising graphics output.
could be something other than GPU with instability, maybe memory

things to try:
bios defaults
bios update
one memory stick
disconnect everything but the bare necessary things

Ugh, bios defaults/update and reseating the card did nada.
I'll stick my old card in again tonight to see if that still works fine, but I think I'm at a point where I am going to have to reluctantly return the card.
I'm wondering if the card has some kind of conflict with my mobo, as it's a bit long in the tooth.
OcUK returns will no doubt check it and let me know if they find any issues. If not then I guess it might be time to use that refund to buy a new mobo instead.
