is the Corsair HX 450W psu okay for this lot?

EDIT: BIG MISTAKE NOT THE 520W THE 450W

(abit ip35) or may be (ga p31 ds3l) not sure which one to get yet...
e2180 (will overclock)
geil 2gb ram 800mhz
8800gt (will overclock)
antec 900 (i dont think fans take much power but just incase)
and might get a new hdd:

all off a 450W, if that uses a similar voltage to your pc, i think it wil lbe fine

i think ths 3850 is made with 55nm transistors and 8800gt made from 65nm transistors therefore the 3850 will comsume less power so i think i wait for more ppl to answer

Should be fine, the 8800GT is a pretty efficient card considering the graphical power and at a rough guess for the system that jak731 is talking about the Q6600 would balance out against the 8800GT in this one fairly well.
