540 alternatives?

Hey all,

Got every thing for the new build now apart from a case.
I'm pretty sold on the corsair 540 but just wondering if there is any thing else thats similar that i might have over looked?

I've seen the coolmaster HAF XB which looks interesting but might be a little cramped and not ideal air flow? any one got one?

Lian Li offer a similair case, the PC-D600. However it's over 2x the price of the 540.

not keen on the thermaltake, its a bit aggressive looking. I'm after something a bit plainer but stylish.

the lian li looks great but ouch at the price.

any thing else or is the 540 still tops?

The 540 is a pretty unique case. The HAF XB is sort of similar, in that it's a dual-chambered cube case, but it is considerably uglier than the 540.

Go for the 540, I say - and post pictures in the thread.

If you are not 100% sold on the 540 i have just got the 750D and it is a fantastic case!

Like I say i'm pretty much sold on the 540, just wanted to see if there was anything else worth looking into.

Think i'll go for the 540 but in black, not keen on the silver.

I'd be all over a sound proofed 540, with nice heavy side panels like the Fractal R4.

That 540 needs no sound proofing at all
