Got my XP2500 running at stock (1.83GHz)
1gig OCZ Premier @ mobo restricted stock of 166mhz (333DDR)
X850 XT AGP @ stock 520/540

Going to put the cpu up to XP3200 (2.2GHz), Mem to 220mhz and see what ati tool can drag the card up to then will run again and get back to you with the scores.
 
Yes that seems about right from what I recall, my 6800gt at stock(370/1000) was scoring around 5,000 but that is with really quite old drivers since I haven't bothered to update or benchmark for about 7 months :)
 
A little low but it's about right considering your CPU Speed. Knock it up to 3200+ speeds and expect a noticeable rise in the 05 score.
