Hi, I’ve been asked to help look for a new TV for the place I work at (sports club). The 42” LG plasma (roughly 10 years old) has recently died. We are looking for a minimum of a 55” TV although with some slight rearranging could probably go up to a 65”. The main club room is a reasonable size and the TV would be mounted on one of the end walls. I haven’t had a proper look at TV’s for a while so a bit out of touch. The room is quite brightly lit. TV would be mostly used for watching sports, although not that often (mostly football). I’m not entirely sure what the budget is, perhaps £600 but possibly could be pushed a bit higher if it’s worth it. Probably doesn’t need to be that high end, as long as it has a reasonable picture quality. Going to be looking at a couple of local retailers and Currys tomorrow so if there’s any recommendations, would be great to hear them
