Of an elderly GeForce GTX 460 to a brand new GeForce GTX 760 is found practically everything in this comparison again and the price range of models lies antretenden times or even up to 50 € up to 900 €.Which card where the race does, clarifies our huge roundup.

About 20 games tested plus a whole suite of GPGPU tests, well worth checking out.

awesome - thanks

+1

Interesting to see a review taking everything into account. I don't think we've learned anything new though. That's how i consider the pecking order of current gpu's.

edit: just noticed they use a stock i7 3820 with HT turned off, why?

"The CPU or the clock is usually only a very minor role in our cases because the selected games scenes are very GPU limiting and thus the processor is usually just called. Therefore it is sufficient in the tests on a smaller cooler model Scythe*". Thank google translate for that.

Good set of charts.

I've been hearing the the 670 is quicker than the 7950 out of the box. The charts dont support this.

Also, I thought the 760 was the replacement for the 670 but the 760 is slower. Again, a lot of reviews put the 760 quicker than the 7950 but the 7950 trumps it here.
