55" on a budget?

Morning all,

Looking to replace my ageing 42" Panasonic LED and fancy getting something a bit bigger. Got a budget of about £500-£600 (sound bar as well would be nice). Will only be used for Freesat and movies at 1080p. Not interested in 4k, 3D, smart or anything like that. What are the choices?
 
Last years Sony W829 can be found around that price sometimes (Old stock). Does it have to be 55", you get some more options with 50".

how old is it? decent 55" tv's cost money and you won't get a soundbar included unless you go second hand.

you could wait and save up more cash and in the mean time sit closer to the tv you have now.
 
Samsung UE55H6400 is a bit over your budget at £699 but there's very little choice brand new in your price range and most are a bit crap.
