£550 gaming build

So a friend of mine asked me about building a gaming system and he wanted to spend £550 so i'm hoping to get some feedback on what to go for and if the system i priced up is ok.

He doesn't need a monitor nor does he need windows but he does need a wireless keyboard and mouse.

I did the following system spec minus a keyboard and mouse as a rough guide to show what he could get but not sure if i could get better whilst sticking to the budget,

I think the ripsaw is a good choice and should keep them, I know people who own them rip jawsand they OC like beast and I think are the best ram you can actually buy : / G-Skill know their ram!
