Since there is no overclocking there, I've changed the Mobo to H61, Grade B HDD & better case.

Yeah I wouldn't go with a H61 mobo with this sort of build.
OP - Your original spec would be fine, although I'd change the case and the PSU to the CX500M.

Why a CX500M? 430watts should be more than enough

I'd suggest getting the modular version of the PSU. Only a quid more I think it was.
