Just wondering If I needed any extra fans, or even a stock cooler and thermal paste or is all this stuff ready to magically turn into a pc?

Well the case comes with 4 fans so that should be fine. Thermal paste will come pre-applied assuming your ordering a retail CPU with a stock cooler included.

But yeah your good to go.

Did you leave out a DVD-drive on purpose?
