I followed these settings as a basic guide as im no expert but just wanted to get a decent picture! Set them on hdmi for my virgin box!

Anyways tonight i decided to play a game on my pc on hdmi 2 and after a while thought i would check the settings! I noticed none of what i set carried over and movie mode isnt even an option unlike when i set it on the other channel?

I may be being silly not sure, any ideas?

Settings are generally 'per HDMI'

Often you can copy them across.

Yea theres a setting for set across all sources which i had selected so that was odd but the main thing was the movie mode that it suggests using as the base for the settings, this isnt an option on my pc source which is odd and loads of the options are greyed out where they arent on the virgin channel settigs :/

Saw rhis on a q and a thing about a similar tv

I've connected the 55'' KS8000 to my PC (AMD R9 270 GPU) and at first, it could not recognize the device (my PC). But this is actually not my real issue. The problem is that after it did recognize it, I could no longer change certain Expert Settings in the Picture Settings menu like, for example, Color. I find that the color is much too saturated and I cannot find a way to enable some sort of configuration.

We are aware of this problem. The way to fix this is to edit the device type to something else than PC. We found that setting the device to 'Blu-ray player' bring back all the picture quality option.
To change the device type, press home on the remote, after go to 'Source', go to the device labeled 'PC' and press up to select 'Edit'. In the 'Edit Device Type', select 'Blu-ray player'. After this, you should have all the picture quality option available.

So maybe thats it, will try later!

Can confirm this has sorted it! Weird, limits options for pcs maybe as it assumes desktop use or something. Can still name the source 'PC' this just changes its type and has now opened up all settings and mine have carried over

Thanks!
