Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. Short answer, no, not with each other.
You can SLI a GTX 560 with another GTX 560 or a GTX 560 Ti with another GTX 560Ti (but not with the GTX 560Ti 448).
Ideally both cards should have the same amount of VRAM.
Apparently Coolbits will allow you to use cards with different amounts of VRAM but you only end up "losing" VRAM from the card with the higher amount.
