5600+ vcore way off?

Ok, i'm in the process of overclocking my 5600+ Brisbane core CPU to 3.3GHz, but something is bothering me... although i have set 1.45v in the BIOS, under full load, my vcore moves upto 1.5v in windows and 1.48 at somewhat idle, why is this?

MOBO: GA-MA770-DS3
PSU: CORSAIR TX650W

I would say the motherboard is overvolting.

Is this bad then, and also is 1.504v too much volts to have it last a few years?

should be fine.
some boards overvolt, and the voltsarent too high, make sure temps are low for more lifespan.
