I was just monitoring my gpu temps since I had set a new fan profile and I just found out that towards the end of the graph in the cpu test section, my cpu had hit nearly 95 degrees! I use a Deepcool as500 tower cooler which is decent for my 32C ambient.
Is this the case for everyone where the cpu shoots up in temp towards the end of the benchmark? Any input is appreciated. Thanks. I have attached the pic of the graph:

I wouldn’t be too concerned about a brief temp spike, the Ryzen 5000 series are known to run hot as well.
I ran a couple more times and it happened everytime. Yeah I understand that it’s a brief moment but I just wanted to run a sanity check as to whether everyone’s cpu hits a peak towards the end of the test.

Are you sure it's not a monitoring bug? Try leaving something more reliable like Hwinfo64 running in the background and check the max reported temperature in that. I can't see what would cause a spike like that in Time Spy's CPU test. There's no big spike in usage during it.
