RMA at a certain other computer hardware store in Manchester, was rejected, for "Physical damage".

They seem to believe I've damaged the fan myself, unscrewed the card without leaving any wear on the screws and unplugged the fan.

... Yup.

I'll phone EVGA, and see how that goes.

EVGA accepted the RMA and the card took a fair while to get back to me, but eventually did.

Using the replacement card as we speak, it's a nice card, shame about the first one I got, but, these things happen.

They told to specify it when submitting the RMA after I contacted support, but, beyond that, nothing.
