Hello

My Asus 560 ti directcu ii runs hot, it idles at 50 c and peaks in games at 90c, My case has good of airflow being a corsair 650D with the hard drive cages removed for clean airflow a, also it can't be anything else effecting it as a Hd5850 runs very cool in my case.

I've tried reapplying the thermal paste and cleaning every grain of dust off the card but it's still running hot just as hot. Anyone have any ideas? I'm all out!

Thanks guys :)

Are you gaming in 120hz or 144hz at all?

How many monitors and are the fans changing as the temps rise? I.E msi afterburner

Try and set up a more active fan cooling profile with MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision X

I have same card and it does indeed run rather warm, not sure it's that warm but I will check over the weekend and see. Fans love to scream as soon as any game is loaded. I recon it's a fault with the cooler as I have read of a few Asus 560 ti directcu ii users say similar.
