Guys, I ordered a Evga 680 GTX but am having 2nd thoughts about it. Should I wait for a non reference card? Am getting it for £380. Also am playing on 27" Dell monitor.

IMO you wont regreat it at all. You have managed to order your 680 for a very good price.

Normally i wait for the non reference cards to arrive, however i dont see how the can really improve on the temps a great deal. My 2 idle @ 28 GPU1 31 GPU 2. Max temp i have seen so far running various benchmarks are both GPUs 78 tops fans 55 on both GPUs.

Very impressed so far with them, i previously had 2 x MSI 580s Frozas 2s, those at idle were the same as my current 680s.

IMO get the card and enjoy

I went from a Gigabyte 560TI OC and have not regretted it. Well worth the money and it is great to be able to play everything maxed out (as it should be).

I get over twice as much score with this card as I did with my 560 in heaven bench.
