Crysis: My old dual core could run Crysis 1 and 2 easy
BF3/Metro: Should be able to play on ultra/high with good frame rates.
Just make sure your PSU is powerful enough.

Agreed, particularly if theyre 1.2gb gtx 570's. 2gb vram on the 670's will help at high res above 1200/1080.
