5700 or 5600 XT

What one would be better for 1440 gaming?

The MSI 5700 is £299 but the 5600 XT is £289?

Is it worth the £10 more?

5700 is worth a tenner more.

Slightly faster / more memory / higher clocks.

Definitely get the 5700 or 5700xt if your spending £300.

DO NOT get the 5600xt for £300.

Might be worth waiting if you can and see what new nvidia cards come out. You might end up getting a much faster card for your money.

I have a 5700, cracking GPU performance... I've heard you can flash the BIOS to get 5700xt version

Get the 5700, 8gb vram, I flashed to the XT bios, really easy job,
Nice 10% free upgrade

from what i've been reading the 5700 might be about +10 frames on the 5600 in some games / settings

read dead 2 on high 1080p the 5700 is the minimum for 60 fps

10% better performance for 3% more money.

Even the math says it's worth it. This is one of those occasions where the next model up doesn't yield diminishing returns.
