5700x3d low temps

It's one of the lowest power chips out there, they have to be to protect the layers inside. But the end result is a super low power product that can go anywhere and performs well/
 
Mine sits idle at 25-35 degrees with kraken 240mm AIO. VERY rare that it breaks 60-65 degrees flat out.

As has been said these chips are amazing little things. It's a workhorse but doesn't seem to break a sweat! This is out of the box settings too, no UV or offset work
