I recently put a 5700XT in to my system and it was running fine with a fan curve of 32% (1400rpm) until 65c which kept it very quiet but after connect my second monitor with a dvi-d to hdmi adapter i noticed it added 400rpm more on to the same fan % (32% now = 1900rpm). I know connecting a second monitor increases temps slightly but i have never seen rom added at the same old value, i removed the hdmi adapter and reinstalled the graphics driver but i still have the same issue.

5700XT (Strange issue)

I added a second display to my 5700XT a week or two ago (d1 = 1440p, d2 = 1200p, both display port connections) and temps did go up a bit, fans are running a little faster because of the extra heat but <100rpm. I use fan tuning in the driver software to set the speed.
