5770 Noise levels?

Hi folks, it's looking like the 5770 is going to be ideal for my needs but as I am upgrading from a silent GPU and this PC is situated in the living room could anyone let me know what the noise is like from them in their various modes of use please (I assume they are they standard fan etc?)?

Going from the 5850 you wouldn't hear it, on 100% fan its really loud tho.

If you dont plan on overclocking, they are silent.

The more you overclock, the noisier they get.

I won't be overclocking the GPU, my E8400 is @ 4.33GHz but I assume you didn't mean that?

Even when running a mild overclock and stress testing the gpu didn't get hot enough to turn the fan over 40% -> and this is running in a cramped mATX case without the level of ventilation you'd get in a full atx setup.
