5770 xfire crashing

Hi all.
Just a quick one.
Im having issues with my ASUS 5770 crashing/ conflicting with something.
-Bit of background info:
My pc's running 24/7... A month ago i got a frozen screen, restarted. no POST, or boot info, Hung at the windows login screen.
Tried again and CCC disabled one of my gfx cards. Then it ran fine.
Tried re-enabling it and it crashed.
So i sent it back to OCUK HQ where the tested it/ charged me £22 sent it back saying its fine.

Today i got home from work again.. Exact same symptoms, But this time i tried running it only off the suspect faulty card. Which wouldn't boot.
Removed faulty card, installed "good card" booted fine.

Now i have switched the cards over in the pcie slots and it seems to be running fine.

Any ideas?.
I was thinking of reseating the cooler with some new paste???

Any help appreciated.

Did you try reseating your "suspect" card? Or did you just change the cards into different slots?

Also, what temps are your cards running at?

Not tried reseating as yet, Just swapped them over... By reseat i assume you mean remove from the slot and put back in?
Currently both cards run at 30-38 idle and 50-55 on load.
(primary card (good card) is a few *c hotter)

Oddly enough, try uninstalling MSI Afterburner (in safe mode). I had some weird issues with it.

Also, try locking PCI-e frequency to 100 in bios

you dont have everest installed do you as that you to blue-screen my 5770 crossfire cards,took it of and was fine after that
