My wife has bought me the new Asus A8R32-MVP as a birthday present to start my big upgrade. Im looking to run 2 1900s in crossfire and I understand that Asus are bringing out a fix that will allow 2 non master xfire cards to be used.

I cant find any more info on this but I'm itching to buy the 2 cards by tonight on special offer!
 
Its all rumours at the moment, supposed to be announced after CeBit, but theres also someone saying its not true, so looks like a wait and see at the moment.

This is whats doing the rounds, just replace the stars with h e x u s, but as said its rumours at the moment.

The driver the article is on about is the Cat 6.5's so i heard, they are due beginning of May.

Thanks, it all looks a bit pie in the sky ATM, so it looks as if I'll have to get a Master instead to make sure. The only one on special offer is this :ATI Radeon X1900 ***Crossfire Edition*** 512MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual.
Will the fact that its only 1900 (not xtx) limit the performance of an xtx card?
