I have a Gtx 580 Rog but for some reason reason every attempt to overclock it ends in failure Currently The Clocks are stock
Engine Clock-816 MHz
Memory Clock-4008
I Tried to push the Engine Clock Up to 850 MHz and it BSOD I then tried 830 and still it BSOD, I upped the Voltage and same result. Its not temperature related as i have never seen this card get over 60 Degrees due to my Fan Curve and the Cold room that im sitting in... Is this normal for this card or do i have a Reaaaly Bad Overclocker

Oh Its Plugged into a 850w Corsair Power supply so im positive power isn't the issue here
I've Been using MSI Afterburner to overclock also

Thanks!

My 580s refuse to run anything over stock without driver crashes or lockups, might just be unlucky

I guess so :c, Still its kind of frustrating spending all the extra on the ROG version when i could have probably spent less and got more from a reference card that could overclock well :/

Well if it makes you feel any better mine are reference and suck :p so yours will still be slightly quicker...

The latest drivers are awful apparently anyway. I *think* 306.xx/310.xx were good

I managed just above 900 core on my old 580 but it was raggedy edge stuff.
