Hi people this is my first time post. Any help/opinions would be most appreciated.
I bought a 580 phantom 3GB a few months ago and had some trouble with texture flickering etc etc. I sent it back to ocuk who tested it and found a fault so replaced it!
Well it took about 3 weeks to get my new GC and after opening the box there are a few scratches on the metal grill. I don't think think its worth returning it as i guess its only cosmetic but still, its in the back of my mind that if its like that on the outside, whats it like on the inside??
Also i have noticed some weird readings with GPU-Z, i have to stress i have no idea what they mean but they are different readings from what i was getting before. GPU-Z says that pixel fillrate=25.1 Gpixel/s. That is lower than the old GC and seems to be lower than what people are reporting. As i said i have no idea what this means so i could just be being paranoid!!
The other thing is that the VDDC is showing 1.0000v which does not change. The old card i remember showing around 1.2/1.3v. Is this ok?
The only thing i have done is while my GC was away i temporarily replaced it with an ati card but obviously i have uninstalled those drivers and used driver cleaner and reinstalled GPU-Zbut maybe that could have conflicted!
