I am looking for a decent full water block for my 2 reference 580s, can anyone recommend any?
And what's with the back plates, will they make a big difference?
I was thinking of running the cooling of the 2 cards in parallel with a y splitter or is this not recommended?
Price is not really an issue.
Thanks, Deren

For waterblocks, go for whichever full cover you think looks the best as they all perform within a few degrees of eachother.

Back plates are mainly used to stop a card from sagging, they make very little difference to temps.

Don't bother with a y splitter, either stick them in series or do parallel by using tubing or an EK bridge

any you can find.

the 580 is an eol part meaning there is no blocks currently made for them.
