Hi guys, how many 5800x owners on here have tweaked their BIOS/Ryzen Master settings to get lower temps on their 5800x CPU's?

I'm currently running the below but am in the middle of a house move so don't have a huge amount of time to tweak so was wondering what settings other are using.

PPT - 105
TDC - 75
EDC - 95

I'm planning on tweaking my GPU (3080FE) as well to lower power usage without reducing performance so hoping a bit of tweaking on both will get me where I want to be.

CPU is sat under an NZXT Kraken in a Meshy case, airflows fine, but as its sat on my desk now rather than under it as my old mATX build was I want to drop the fans back as far as possible to keep the noise down.
Plan is to throttle back the CPU/GPU while still keeping settings maxed to the point that I'm hitting 140fps constant, I intend to do a bit more tweaking as post-house move allows but I'm off out and about again from the 14th so safe/ballpark figures from a quick Google will do for a while until I get time..

I'm not aiming for any specific speed, I just want to be able to roll back the CPU and GPU to lower temps while still hitting my FPS target, PC's literally just to the right of my mousemat so want to reduce noise.

As above, lowering ppt is what made the difference to temps for me and didn’t rest affect the performance enough that I noticed or cared. I was more bothered about reducing fan noise.

This is kinda where I'm at, given PC is on desk I want to keep temps down, but don't mind losing performance to do that as long as it still hits 144FPS with all the bells and whistles on, I only really play Warzone and World of Warships so not exactly AAA+ titles.

I've not had the time to tweak the curve tbh, I wanted a quick solution that would allow me to drop temps/voltages over the CPU and GPU to keep things as quiet as possible without losing performance, long gone are my days of spending days tweaking every single variable to get performance out of a system..

It depends on what you’re doing with your rig as to what you do, I’m happy to lose possible performance as long as temps are low, don’t play a lot of games and I cap at 144fps so pull back CPU and GPU as far as I can while still maintaining 144fps with settings in the game maxed.

So, 120/75/110 when running a set of Cinebench (single then multi) gives me the lowest temps (70oC) so thinking I'll stick with that, especially given it also seems to give me the best results (1569/7092)
I'll have a bit more of a tinker tomorrow.

These are what I have tried so far, found in this and other threads on the subject.

90/60/65 - 1531/6784/74.5oC
115/80/105 - 1528/6930/77.3oC
120/75/110 - 1569/7092/70oC
110/75/80 - 1546/6846/76.3oC
116/78/115 - 1537/6857/74.8oC
125/90/120 - *Tomorrow
105/90/95 - *Tomorrow*

I also tried just doing a negative curve but literally only spent 5 minutes on it
142/95/140 (stock neg5) - 1543/6845/75.3oC
142/95/140 - (stock) 1535/6800/75.8oC
