5800x with no boost clock needs only 0.750v for 3.8ghz.

So, any idea what your power usage was during that?

A quick google has a 5800X at 15,500ish so you scored around 79% of that. So in terms of perf/watt you might have had very impressive results.

I do wish there was a site like undervolting-hardware.net which concentrated on these kind of results: "The Undervolter's Guide and Results for current GPUs and CPUs" would be a nice thing to have.

23 amps according to HW monitor.
 
If that wattage figure is correct then most of that power draw is the IOD, so I would think that isn't included in the measurement. I could see it at 35w like the 5700GE, even though that is monolithic.
 
Yes, most hw info programs would list CPU Package and CPU Cores so the 17W is probably excluding the package.

Still pretty impressive IMO.

Now the question then is: at 0.75v and 3.8GHz would the 5800X or the 5700G be ahead? Or is 0.75V and 3.8Ghz a distraction and the real measure should be the complete power usage where the APU should gain with a more frugal Package power, then the results would be more about how important double the cache is for a particular program.
 
And runs at a toasty 33c max under Cinebench scoring 12244 points.

I mean if you are serious about being as efficient as you can... I did this by mistake.
A 5700G is much better if you care about efficiency due to it being monolithic, the chiplet design on the x chips consume a lot of extra power especially under low loads and idle. Also your Cinebench score doesn't seem right because my 5700G gets 12665 at 3.8Ghz.
