You don't have to get a new cooler if you are happy with the temps and performance with your current cooler.
Otherwise, if you do want a new cooler, it depends on case aand RAM clearance as usual, but there's plenty of options for decent prices nowadays, not too much more than your existing cooler.
A lot of folks swear by the Thermalright Peerless Assassin and is generally considered much better than a Cryorig H7. Though recent reviews have shown that they have other models like the Phantom Spirit 120 SE or Frost Spirit 140 V3 that can do even better. These types of coolers can hold their own even against the top dogs in the air cooling space.
Of course, the big names like Noctua NH-D15 and BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro still exist, but of course with big names comes big prices. Speaking of BeQuiet, they recently released the Dark Rock Pro 5 and Dark Rock Elite. The Elite is better than the Pro 5, but the cheaper Thermalright coolers mentioned earlier can still thrash these.
Having mentioned NH-D15, which has been considered by most to be the top air cooler over the past decade, on some of the newer Ryzen there seems to be some issues with the default mounting position. There is an offset mount to buy which fixes these issues and brings it back to being on top, but otherwise one can get close with those cheaper Thermalright coolers.
I currently run the NH-D15 myself (though on an 8YO Intel build), but looking into a Thermalright for a new Ryzen build soon.
