5800x3D upgrade

Any -ve offset on my 5700x3d stops it boosting, at all. Interested to know if anyone has this problem. I have been stress testing with prime (max power) and am on b450 mortar max.

Had not heard about this, glad I got mine in May 2023 now. For the RAM I have this weird thing going on, there is 2 profiles, 1 and 2.. 2 seems more stable as 1 likes to drop the clocks down randomly to 2400MHz but both profiles look like they have exact same timings lol

Anyway Im always using profile 2 that seems to keep them at 3600MHz.
XMP2 doesn't change the timings or frequency but does give a touch more volts certain memory related settings.

Nope afraid not, set to -30 with no testing and it just worked.
The one issue I think I might have mentioned already is that if you set a core overclock of any amount it makes the CPU lock to base clock, otherwise I'm out of ideas.

Apologies, CO works like a charm. Voltage offset locks it down, maybe it treats it like a overclock.
