Hi can someone help. I have noticed the 5820k price has gone up twice in the last week. Do I buy now before it gets dearer or is there a new 5820k equivalent coming in the next month if so do I wait. thank you

The 'upgrade' broadwell-e is due early next year. I imagine the price is going up due to how crazy skylake prices have got pushing demand onto these chips that are approaching end of line with stock being depleted. If broadwell-e follows the current 14nnm path it wont be cheap or in stock for long and is unlikely to represent a massive improvement over haswell-e

If you're looking to buy I would suggest keeping an eye out for a good deal now you may get some deals on other components come black Friday but don't bet on seeing any reductions in cpu's prices
