im playing bf3 its a bit jittery on ultra i have a i3 overclocked @4.2 ,4 ramm and a 5830 card which of these need upgrading 1st and to what?,thanks my budget is £200

The 5830 is holding you back. A 6950/560ti should fit you nicely.
Either that or try the 'high' setting to see if that gives more consistent fps.

If the BF3 engine is anything like BC2 the dual core CPU will be holding it back somewhat too despite the good clock speed. What resolution OP?
The 5830 isn't that bad, especially if you can get a decent overclock stable. It isn't a powerhouse though, and I'd suggest medium for gameplay until you get your upgrade

or you could get a second 5830 and run crossfire if your mobo will allow it , best getting a decent single card as stated above though
