5850 overclocking problem

not sure i didnt use the 5850 lol eve online runs at 1920x1200 windowed everything maxed an it runs 188 fps in station!! sto same res everything maxed runs 50-80 fps so far
 
theats stock mate it idles at low 20s highest its been so far is 70 on sto only had it a day though. i altered the fan to be a bit more aggressive and its not been over 60 since the fans loud though! i have a panzerbox case which is very very good for temps

iv set to about 40% at 30 degs down to 30% at 10 20 degs is 30%

it certainly sounds bigger than a 5770 that was near silent even at 50%

il tolerate a bit of noise if it means i run the card cooler

Settled for 1000/1200 with 1.2v, Hitting 60C ~ 65C at full load with 50% fan speed.

I don't want to up the voltage too much, 1000 on the core is a great overclock in my opinion.
