5850 upgrade advice

I am giving my i7 920 away to a family friend who like myself has problems, I said if they give me the money for a hard drive (will fit and install windows on for them) then he can have it.. with my second 22" dell monitor and my 5850 (has 6gb ram and 1000w psu as well).. So would the 570 be a good upgrade for me? I play battlefield mostly and will be playing battlefield 3.. If i go nvidia I would get 3 3d monitors and a second card as I be leave you need 2 cards for 3 monitors with nvidia?

I do web design and trying to get into 3d work and video editing... so is cuda worth it? If not I don't mind sticking to ATI/AMD.

Well Stulid certainly thinks CUDA is worth the money, so i would probably say it is.

You do need 2 NV GPU's for 3 monitors

I would wait for a few months if possible for the next generation of cards (Kepler)

If you can't wait, then get THIS if you can stretch the budget a bit.

As you want 3 monitors, two of THESE may be another option

Thanks Cleeecooo, I ant sure about used cards that's been fixed because they shouldn't have broke in the first place? maybe I'm thinking wrong.

Isn't the 470 the same as the 5850? so wouldn't really be much of an upgrade.
