is there a program thatl let me control the fans for 2 5870s? ps i dotn wanna just leave it on 80% all the time i want it to vary with temp but more than stock

im playing with overclocking the pc iv left the 5870s stock but they hit 80 occasionally while gaming iv got the cpu runnig 4 ghz and that doesnt top 70
